The serene, picturesque setting with the Santa Cruz Mountain Coastal Range as a backdrop gives our members and guests the ability to get away from the hustle and bustle of Silicon Valley. Originally designed in 1923 by Tom Nicoll, the 18-hole, par 71 course underwent a complete renovation in 2004. While retaining all of its old charm and challenges, the course gained a dramatic improvement in drainage with the addition of rye grass fairways and bent grass greens, allowing members to play within a day of a heavy rain. With a limited number of memberships, golfers have the freedom to enjoy the course at their leisure — averaging 31,000 rounds per year.

Here at LAGCC there are opportunities for each and every golfer, at any skill level. We have an active men's group with numerous events and tournament play. Women can join either the Nine Hole Ladies Group or Eighteen Hole Ladies Group. We also provide a friendly atmosphere for the growing population of Junior Golfers with camps and clinics. Our aim is to encourage and support those learning the game — and we have a full teaching staff to enhance your skills and ensure your full enjoyment of the course.

Host a tournament at LAGCC.
The Club opens the golf course to tournaments in support of fundraisers or corporate outings; tournaments must have sponsorship from the Golf Committee or a current Club Member. These events are offered on Monday afternoons, with a minimum of 90 players and additional minimums in the Clubhouse.
